Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay-Review

Hello Naturalistas, I am sitting here tired "as all get out”.  But I decided to post about my new found love for Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay for my hair. I have been using for about two months now and my hair loves it. It is a great alternative for me because I don’t use shampoo on my hair anymore.  So, this act as a clarifying agent for my hair! Here is my recipe:
1)      ½ cup of healing clay(or however much you may need for your hair)
2)      2 tsp of apple cider vinegar
3)      ¼  cup of aloe vera juice
4)      ¼ of water(or however much you need for your hair to get consistency)
5)      2 tsp of olive oil
6)      Optional: ¼  cup of Herbal Essence Hello Hydration (I’ve added this a couple of times)
I will then mix everything together, apply it to my hair in sections, and let it sit for no more than 30 minutes. After I rinse it out, I follow up with my deep conditioning routine (highly recommended after this the clay treatment).  The benefits that I have seen with my hair:
1)      Great for cleansing and removing buildup from my scalp without using shampoo
2)      Elongated curls but some say that it has given them more curl definition.
3)      Soft and manageable hair.
4)      It’s great for wash N go’s because my hair didn’t require a lot of products afterwards.
Let me know if you like it if/when you try itJ

Thrifty Thursday's Here Again: Blazer Blazin!!

Hmmmph, I need help! I think have bought at least 20 blazers in the last four months. But, when you're paying $2.00 it really doesn't matter, right?!? The blazers below are my latest finds. Enjoy!

My favorite. I feel like Bey when I put this sucka on.....FIERCE!! I can't wait to wear

I wore this two weeks ago with a pair of green BCBG shorts and it looks stunning on.

I have been in search of a white blazer and I finally found this at The Salvation Army.
Sooooo, I'm also obsessed with high waist pants now(for work). I have them in every color now:) This yellow pair can actualy be worn "out" because of how it fits.

My First "Shea Moisture Curl Enhancer" Twist Out

I’m not one to jump on the “product bandwagon” but I’ve heard so many great things about Shea Moisture Curl Enhancer, so I decided to try it. I have been wearing my hair straighten for about a week now and instead of washing my hair, I just wet and re-twist with the Shea Moisture.
So far my hair feels very moisturized and soft with Shea Moisture.  It’s a different result/feeling I get when I use Miss Jessie’s products. Miss Jessie's products usually leave my hair dry so I have to ad other products for shine and moisture.  Will post twist-out results tomorrow J

Don't Hate Me Cause I'm Beautiful-Turban Edition

Yep, I'm on the Turban bandwagon! My goal is to get them in different textures and colors and I can't wait. I think it's chic, unique, and fly. Thanks to fashionista, Solonge, the Turban wear is back again. Check out the pics below.

Enjoy!
